After obtaining my bachelor’s degree in hotel and tourism management and gaining experience across Europe, I began my professional career in the food & beverage service at Mandarin Oriental Paris. I now work at Pavillon Ledoyen, the most star-rated establishment in the world, ran by the iconic french chef Yannick Alléno. I am currently studying towards the WSET Level 3 Award in Wines as I would like to pursue my career within the wine sector
