Jack is a sommelier, wine buyer, restaurateur and wine producer with 25 years of experience in hospitality. Starting his advanced career in wine as the head Sommelier at London’s The River Cafe back in 2002, he subsequently worked in Hong Kong and China before returning to London where he opened his first restaurant in 2015 Ellory* before relocating it under the new name Leroy* in 2018, both of which gained Michelin stars in their first year of trade. Turning to wine production in 2017 Jack’s label Vigneti Tardis in Campania is available in 7 global markets including France, USA, UK.
