International Wine and Spirits Judge, Educator and Professional Specializing in French Wines and Gin.After 35 years of experience in the corporate world in Belgium, South Africa, the UK and France, Sue decided to devote more of her time to one of her biggest passions, wine.Sue passed the WSET Diploma Level 4 in 2018, after being certified with distinction at levels 1, 2, and 3. She recently passed the WSET Level 1 Sake exam with 93%.Since 2013, Sue has actively taken part in Wine Tasting Juries all over France, including Orange, Lyon (International and Gamay), Beaune (Burgondia), Feminalise, Concours International des Cabernets, Les Vignerons Independents, Concours Elle a Table, Concours Franprix et Leader Price, Concours Terres de Vin, Vins du Sud Ouest and the CGA tastings at the Salon de l'Agriculture awarding Gold, Silver and Bronze medals. During her time at L'Oreal, and after 30 years working at Board level, Sue took up a position as Global Employer Events Coordinator, helping to organize Brandstorm, an international business competition hosted by L'Oreal, managing and planning logistics and event support. Additionally, she provided high quality editorial content to the greater L'Oreal community focusing on engaging storytelling.Since 2016 Sue has been involved full-time in Wine judging, educating, event organisation and writing.She maintains her links with L’Oreal as a member of the L’Oreal Amicale Board.
