Jasmina is responsible for the management of the wine cellar and the service in a gastronomic restaurant in Paris.
With her master of Enology / Viticulture (SupAgro, Montpellier) and several internships with winemakers, she describes the wine community as a family. For her, the sommelier needs to create the link between wine, winemaker, and customer.
Enthusiastic to share the knowledge about wine, she is working on a new project which will be dedicated to students ready to discover and live the passion, called wine.
