Originally from Burgundy, I have always been passionate about wines. Over the last eight years, I have been working for renowned Michelin-starred Chefs (1*,2* and 3*) and in private member clubs in Monaco, Bordeaux, Illhaeusern, Madrid and London. I am now currently working as Head Sommelier at the Frenchie restaurant (1*), located at the heart of Paris. What I like the most about my job is the challenges of creating innovative wine pairings, according to the season and the chefs’ culinary identity
