Sommelier at La Halle aux Grains

I have a very international profile and lived in different cities accros the word (Dubai, Barcelona, Montreal, Kansas City…)

I started my studies as a wine merchant (cellerman) about 10 years ago and worked in wine shops as a manager, buyer and adviser.

I also opened my own wine and cheese shop in 2015 by the Louvre in Paris.I was in charge of the whole wine selection. I do have a cheese maker diploma. I currently work as a sommelier at “La Halle aux grains” owned by Michel and Sebastien Bras located in the new modern Art Museum
