After completing his studies in gastronomy, he's worked in top Michelin star restaurants in Belgium (Hof van Cleve ***, Comme Chez Soi **). After, he discovered the international market in Dubai, London and Canarian Islands working for mayor hospitality brands. Currently employed as Head Sommelier by Coya, juggling between Mykonos (summer) and Paris (winter) operation.
